Welcome to Maratha Sahayyak Mandal. By accessing our website, mobile application, or registering for our services (including the Vadhu-Var Melava), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

To register as a member, you must be of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently 18 years for females and 21 years for males). By using this site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

2. Role of the Mandal

Maratha Sahayyak Mandal acts purely as a platform to connect prospective brides and grooms within the community. We are not a matchmaking agency and do not guarantee a marriage.

The Mandal is not responsible for verifying the absolute accuracy of the information provided by other members.
Background checks (police verification, family status, financial standing) are the sole responsibility of the user/parents.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (Member ID and Password). You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content and Conduct

You agree that your bio-data, photos, and contact details will be visible to other registered members of the platform. You are strictly prohibited from:

Posting offensive, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content.
Posting fake or misleading information.
Harassing other members.

The Mandal reserves the right to terminate your membership immediately without refund if you are found violating these rules.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Maratha Sahayyak Mandal be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the service or the inability to use the service.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
