Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy carefully. This is the official Refund Policy of Maratha Sahayyak Mandal.

1. Non-Refundable Fees

The registration fee paid for the "Vadhu-Var Melava" (Event) or "Annual Membership" is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable under any circumstances.

2. Service Delivery

Our service is deemed "delivered" immediately upon successful payment. Once paid:

Your profile is instantly activated in our database.
You gain immediate access to view other profiles.

Since the consumption of data/service begins instantly, no cancellations are entertained once the transaction is successful.

3. Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that the Mandal cancels the physical Melava due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural calamity, government restrictions), the fee paid will be adjusted towards the 1-year Online Membership validity. No cash refunds will be processed.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you have accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same profile, please contact us within 7 days with proof of both transactions. After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 10-15 working days.
